How to remove FAQ from listings?

Hello All, I have listings that are displaying my answers to frequently asked questions from 18 years ago. These answers no longer apply to my listings. I can't seem to find how to turn them off in my listings or where to go to delete them altogether. Anyone know?

Hi @high_speed_tactical . Go to this page:

https://www.ebay.com/cnt/ManageBuyerCommunication

To the right of what buyers can do click Edit.

On the next page you'll see 5 topics (item details, shipping, combined shipping, return, other)

Click the arrow to the right of each topic to expand, then delete any of your unwanted custom FAQ.

Don't forget to click submit at the bottom when you're done.

I have the "delete" and "edit" options here, but neither work. Win 11 laptop, latest version of Chrome. Should I try another browser???

Just tried Edge. Can't delete or edit there either. GRRR!!!

I too cannot remove any custom FAQs. The "Remove" and "Edit" links both do nothing when clicked.

Desktop Windows 11/Edge
