Hello eBay Community,
I’m reaching out for advice and hoping to hear from anyone who has dealt with Bad Buyer Experience (BBE) flags on their account and successfully managed to remove or appeal them. I’ve been an eBay member for over seven years, with a history of more than 150 successful orders. However, a few recent transactions have been marked as BBE, and I’m finding it challenging to get real assistance rather than automated responses from eBay Support.
Here’s a summary of the affected orders:
Despite my efforts to explain the situations, eBay’s responses have mostly been automated, with no clear way to address these specific cases. It’s frustrating, and I’d love any advice on how to get through to an actual representative who can assist with evaluating these situations fairly.
Also, I’d appreciate guidance on the following:
Any advice or shared experiences on these issues would be incredibly helpful! Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed some light on navigating these challenges with eBay’s system.
Best regards,

I cant give you any advice for removing the BBE, but canceling transactions is a major red flag on your account to Ebay. You can see your defects and what they were for on your dashboard.

All of your flagged transactions other than perhaps Order 1 appear to have earned their strikes.
Order 1 depending on the details may be indistinguishable from an order which deserves a BBE strike.
IMO Selling auto parts which are high return rate items internationally is an exceptionally high risk business and likely to have BBE issues.
No one who has posted on this appears to have shared success in shedding the consequences of their BBE problems. But none have appeared to deserve it.

They don't care what the situation was and doesn't do any good to try and explain it.
All they care about, is they have unhappy buyers and they don't like that.

Stating your item location is Estonia yet shipping from China will get you in trouble.

Remove or Appeal BBEs
I have not heard of any sellers reporting that they have had BBE hits removed.
Where to Check Detailed Statistics
Check in Service Metrics under the Performance tab in Seller Hub. Here in the states, we can download a report from there with the cases and dates.
