Basically, I often have customers browse through my shop, then send me a list with multiple items on it, asking for a little discount if they buy them all. I usually have no problem doing that. But the issue is that then the customers want me to send them an invoice, and then they'll pay. Ebay's "Send an Invoice" option doesn't allow you to adjust the price of the items themselves, just the shipping costs. And many customers can't figure out how to send me an invoice to begin with, and then they just give up, not wanting to rely on me to give them refunds until they've paid our agreed upon amount. Naturally, they want paperwork to back them up, and I'd be happy to give it if only I could. What do you folks do in this situation?
