How to Edit Handling Time?

i must be completely missing it, but i can't figure out how to edit the handling time on my listings

i have "same day shipping" for some reason and i would like to change it, i saw a post from 2019 that gives detailed steps to change it but for me it doesn't seem to be working.

i have no boxes to check next to my listing, i don't think i'm using the seller hub as i don't know what that is, there's no option to "switch to classic view"

also if i go to edit each listing separately, or even creating a new listing i see no option to change/enter the handling time

i'm sure i'm just completely missing it, but any help would be appreciated

Three whole years and nobody knows. I have the same question. Both app and desktop are useless.
