Hi, recently Ive been having problems with a buyer and they opened a case against me which eBay sided with me on. This buyer viloated multiple eBay "Buying Practices Policy" so when I called Ebay to have the negative feedback that is 100% false, a eBay customer service rep said they can remove it. My questions is how long does it take for them to remove this feedback? Thanks.
