How do you get extortion feedback removed?

I had a buyer ask me for a large partial refund on a $499 item that was in perfect condition and then post negative feedback that was untrue and after reporting the buyer a week later ebay still hasn't removed it. Is there anything that can be done about that? I am losing thousands of dollars a year to ebay fraud and am tempted to become an unscrupulous buyer myself to recoup my losses.

eBay has no policy that suggest they will remove negative feedback based on the seller's perception of implied extortion. 

eBay also no policy that suggest they will remove negative feedback just because the seller claims it is not true.

If the buyer suggested that they would leave negative feedback if you did not refund a large portion of the sale, it would be wise to contact eBay on facebook.

Click this link to the Facebook page and DM them your issue with your contact info. I would also include any screenshots of the buyer threatening negative feedback if a refund was not given.

Here is what you can do to prevent this from happening again. Have your return policy "30 days/Seller pays for shipping back." Then tell the buyer to return the item and receive a refund upon return. That way you don't have to deal with negative feedback in a situation like this cause you can appeal it and most likely get it removed cause the buyer has that option. Right now they can return upon paying shipping back. I will be up front with you Ebay will most likely not remove it due to "buyer pays shipping back." Did you tell the buyer at any time to return the item for a refund?

Are you claiming that the buyer's statement of, "Seller admitted this after the fact and continues to use pictures of the same item in another listing?"

Because if that's the part you're claiming is untrue, I have to disagree. You showed the same item with the same pictures in another listing that sold on Sept. 14. (It's possible that the first buyer didn't pay for it, but the statement that the pictures are the same is true.)

I had a person make me an offer which I refused so they purchased 10 items then got a message saying I want a $25 refund or I will leave 10 negatives feedbacks, I told him to return the items if he did not like them, he messaged me back saying he has sold most of them. I told him no refund go ahead and leave the feedbacks which he did, I had to talk to 6 ebay reps before one actually read the messages and totally agreed with me, 3 of the negative were removed, I have no idea why the other 7 did not. After a year they just go away.

I didn't use the same photos on Sept 14th, but they look similar. I do both buying and reselling on ebay and find that is is usually easier to buy quality products for a very low price if you pressure a seller into lowering their price or give a partial refund, but when we try to sell back onto ebay we have far less power and have to let the buyers do as they wish.
