Hi everyone!
I tried contacting eBay help by phone as I've done several times before, but I only get a recording and then it hangs up. I tried to connect via chat, but no one is responding.
Does anyone know how to contact eBay?

Have you tried the options that are provided for your issue on the Help & Contact page? Depending on your particular problem, you may be able to call (for extreme Trust & Safety issues) or have customer service call you.
You can contact them via social media:
www.facebook.com/ebayfor business (for sellers)
Use the private message feature, rather than posting your issue as a comment.
Again, just ask them to contact you rather than going into your issue in a tweet everyone can read . . .
Or you could always post about your issue here on the discussion boards. Maybe other members could help you resolve it?

I have had great success using the email link at the bottom of the "help and contact" page. In fact even when the phones are back up I will probably continue to use that.
Why? Well, you get to thoughtfully state your case in writing in full, then review and edit it to be sure you did not mis-speak before sending it. And you will not be cut off in mid-sentence throwing off your train of thought.
I have always gotten a response in 24 hours or less AND I have a response in writing so there can be no argument down the road "I never said that".
