How do I send a feedback revision request?

A buyer wants to revise a negative feedback but I have to send a revision request first.  How do I do that

On that page, you can click on the big blue button to send a feedback revision request.

I would like to change a previous rating of neutral for item #134644816639 to a good rating with 5 stars. It was my fault in the first place and a matter of not fully knowing what I was doing. I do not want to do anything to hurt this sellers good reputation. Thankyou!

@mo_6237   The only way that you can change the feedback that you left is if (1) you left a negative or neutral rating; and (2) the seller sends you a formal "Feedback revision request" within 30 days after you left the feedback.  Unfortunately, your feedback for item 134644816639 was left more than 30 days ago, so it cannot be revised.

Seller was out of stock because they didn't properly manage their inventory with their risky cross-posting strategy. That's the seller's fault, not your fault. There's nothing bad about what you wrote in that neutral rating.

As said above, the seller would have to send you a feedback revision request @mo_6237 but the problem with that is the seller's reply cannot be altered so changing your feedback may not help the situation unless perhaps you change just the rating from neutral to positive. Another option is to add a follow up reply to the seller's comment.
