First, I believe you can list directly on the ebay.com site to access buyers in the US. And to list on other country's eBay sites, there is a link that will take you to them (see below) to put your items on their sites as well. However, there are requirements a seller must meet before eBay allows them to go international (the second link below gives the requirements). The first link should help you get started. You have to use Flat-Rate shipping and pick a generic service such as Economy, Standard, Expedited or Express. There is also an option to indicate "shipping from outside USA".
