Buyer paid, item shipped next day. This was over 2 weeks ago, the item's still sitting in a USPS Distribution Center. I want to refund the buyer w/o defect. I do not care about losing the FVF. Is there an easy way to accomplish this?

Ask him to file an "Item Not Received", and close it with a refund.
