Need to contact an agent to close a return that says it was "delivered" which I never received, the buyer never marked as shipped, and no tracking was ever provided from the buyer. Since it seems to think the return was delivered for some reason, I can't close the request without refunding the buyer. I used to be able to chat with a live agent to fix these simple issues and that doesn't seem to be an option anymore. The only option is for them to call, but they can never seem to get through to my extension. I do not have a Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account to contact them on (and why should I). So how can I reach a human being to have this return closed?

The way you contact ebay is to use the thing you want to 'NOT' do and don't think you should have to.
Doesn't matter- this is the way of the world.
Stand on your laurels and be left behind.
So, open a Facebook account for just this use (and the reason you should is because EVERY COMPANY is using them/their pages as shown at the bottom of almost every website ie. FB, Instagram, Twitter etc).

If the return shows it was delivered, you'll have to provide proof it was not delivered to you.

Had them contact a cellphone and that worked out. They just closed the case in my favour.
