I've been with eBay for a very long time but not this account of course. I always contact eBay help me with something even I can help myself with just simple research but I choose to contact them. Sometimes they can resolve my concern during a call, somtimes it will take 24 hour if the concern is about system issue, sometimes it will take a week.
I know I can help them with the survey I alqays give perfect score 5 and a Yes even though my issue is not yet resolve. I hope this can help them.
One time I heard a child crying in the background and the agent said she is working from home and a single mother. I know they are doing their best and following policy so I hope I was able to help them.

OK, but did you know that most issues/problems on eBay can be resolved without actually calling or speaking with a human being?
Have you read the eBay Money Back Guarantee?
Forgive me if I am wrong, but your message makes it seem like you believe your contacting eBay is doing the CS rep a favor. Doubt if their pay is based on the # of calls they get or # of problems they solve.

Is this post, or the original post, about an actual eBay problem? If so, I sure can't figure out what the problem was. So, why is it here in the first place?

This same person has posted several messages. In some of them, he sounds like someone who thinks he gets extra credit for each post. In others he sounds like an experienced eBayer.

Is this one of those "employment" scams where the poster think they are getting points towards a future payment for the number of posts they make?

It's great that you're giving perfect scores and positive feedback, it's also important to provide constructive feedback when necessary. This will help eBay improve its policies and procedures.
