I recently completed a return for what the buyer selected as "ordered by mistake" (see screenshot #1 below).
However in the service metrics it shows Item Not As Described as "Very High" and "Arrived Damaged" as return reason (see screenshot #2 below).
Neither one of these is correct. What is going on?
My sales have also dropped since the return and I'm thinking this is to blame.

I'd reach out to eBay C/S with a message on their facebook page. It certainly looks like a remorse Return to me. 🤔

It is a worthless metric to screw you out of more money...5% seller penalty addition...I don't accept returns at all because buyer's don't know what they are doing to fix their cars/trucks....but I still have this issue....and 3% returns is high??? really...3%.......and if it arrives damaged due to shipping...you get nailed again?? Really..that fair to the seller that a third party damaged your item?? Really???
