They were really strong thru the weekend and now this week (mon-tues), we are back to "dribs and drabs" as you call them.  Folks are back to work this week for a full week, so maybe too busy at their desks to order online?  lol

Maybe the Christmas money and Gift Cards are/is running/ran out?

Re: How Are Sales??

Christmas was great, all the way to the day before.  Then it died, but it's picking up again.  I mailed six packages yesterday, and five today, so something must be going right.

Then it stops for a day or two and I panic.   Why did I give up on a weekly paycheck for this?

Re: How Are Sales??

It's gonna be bleh for a lot of markets for a while, particularly with so many people selling online now, but it's also the time of year.

Re: How Are Sales??

I did about the same, $535 a month. I am sure it is closer to $600 but I keep it very conservative.

I've not bought inventory in months so was not prepared at all, for last Xmas Season.

I did about the same on another online selling venue which is great, it covers our housing expenses, utiltiies, internet, insurance, etc.

Re: How Are Sales??

I shut down my online sales from 12/4-12/24 as I have every year for the past 12.   Normally 12/25 -  1/20 is my busiest 4 weeks of the year, but so far my sales have also been of the dribs and drabs variety,  and I even added 40-50 brand new listings to each of my four accounts.   Strangle thing is that my old relists are responsible for most of my sales.      Usually craft supplies, books, and sports stuff are my best sellers at this time of year - only craft supplies are selling this year.
