There fees are so much I didn't make any money off this deal. Changed the shipping method from USPS to UPS and the weight pushed the fees into $174.00. It's impossible to reach anyone.

Won't do any good if you could reach someone.
Shipping shows $25 to me and there's no way it would ship that cheap.
Did you enter the correct weight and dimensions in the listing to calculate the shipping?

no need to reach anyone. Your shipping fee is way too low. You set the fee – not eBay. Now, it is time to ship the item.

Your Bombay Chests show dimensions of 37 x 34 x 17 and that is before they are securely packed so the shipping box will easily grow in size. So at 40 x 38 x 20 it is TOO large for USPS ... it is showing just over $ 21 to ship to me and I am in the same state. I doubt a box that size weighing over 40 pounds will ship for that amount.
And the platform bed will not ship to me for around $ 35 ...
I think before you try selling anything else you need to do some research on the best way for those items to ship. Also, are you drip shipping them?

Please EBAY is horrible, it has been a horrible transaction. Anyone can direct me to "Retry Refund in the notifications": Where is this exactly? This buyer needs to be refunded. And naturally, I am unable to reach EBAY by phone. Tired of going in circles. Anyone out there know how this is done? Thanks JH Ray

you should set the qty of those large items to 0 until you figure this out, the last thing that you want is someone far away buying something large

Ebay isn't horrible, it's just that some new sellers jump in to selling before they know what they are doing.
To refund, you don't have to reach Ebay.
You need to add a funding source, credit card or debit card to cover the refund until the buyers payment is released.
You have to pay the refund, then the buyers payment will be sent to your checking account when the funds are released.

You are actually going to loose a considerable amount on this transaction even if you paid nothing for the chest of drawers. You may be better off canceling this order for out of stock and take the hit rather than loose money.
If it is the following item I am not sure exactly where it is shipping or what the sales tax is in the state where the buyer lives but using some rough numbers based on your $174 shipping cost your payout on this item is going to be about $61.35. Subtract what you paid for the item from that and see if you are in the positive or negative.
As others suggested you may want to end ALL your listings to you have the shipping issues figured out and corrected. You already have one negative feedback from a similar transaction. Too many issues and eBay will suspend your account.

Looks like you are guessing most of your shipping fees, never a good idea. You listed $58.00 shipping for that platform bed?
