I think a goodly percentage of the postal services in China have been essentially shut down for the health and safety of the workers. Also, with flights coming out of China being cancelled, mail is not moving via air.
I would expect a pretty dramatic delay. As I'm sure you know, if the item does not arrive by the latest estimated delivery date, you can file for a refund from eBay the following day for an "Item Not Received" (INR). I guess, under the circumstances, I'd probably do that as soon as the estimated delivery date passed.
No matter what other buyers and sellers think of eBay's Chinese sellers, no one deserves what is happening over there. No one.
