@thirteenpink You'll probably find more help here than CS - we list all the time whereas CS probably doesn't even sell here.

I listed an item. The duration is 30 days and I only wanted 7 days. Also my shipping price to the seller is less than the listing stated when I did the listing.

All Fixed Price listings run for 30 days there is not other option. If unsold at thirty days it automatically renews.
Your listing offers two options for calculated shipping, Ground Advantage & Priority.

Also, if you want a 7-day duration, you need to list as an auction, but you can have a buy it now on it also - the buy it now price needs to be 30% higher than the auction start price. That's the only way I can think of to get a 7 day duration.

The shipping cost shown to me for Ground Advantage is for an 8 ounce package.
Priority is also there as a choice for more $$.
If it weighs more than that you need to revise the listing to enter the correct weight.

If you are logged in and look at the shipping cost, the calculated cost will be the cost to ship the item to you.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
