Okay, it sounds like you sent an invoice so on this page you can check to see if it gets paid, this is the Awaiting payment page in Seller Hub. Orders — eBay Seller Hub
You can wait 4 days for payment but do not send any more invoices to the Buyer. They have the invoice from eBay and will be reminded to pay. If you have not been paid in 4 days then on day 5 go back to the item and use the pull-down menu on the left and click the Cancel function. A Pop up will open and you use the pull-down menu and select Buyer hasn't paid. You will have the option to Relist for Free too during this process.
If the Buyer pays the item will move to this file: Orders — eBay Seller Hub
From that file you can use the Print label function on the left hand side of the item, pay for your label through eBay (discounted price unless it's Media Mail), eBay will automatically upload tracking to the Sold itme for you.
If you purchase your label at the carrier's counter you will have to take the receipt with the tracking number home and manually load the tracking number to the sold file for your protection.
Hope that addresses the issue(s) you are having. I have been selling for 9 years and have never used email for any kind of notification, I just use the eBay site to process all of my transactions ...

Can you explain what you are trying to do when you get that message? This ID is from November of 2023, is this the account you are having issues with? Have you had issues in the recent past since opening the account?
Any additional information you care to share will help someone respond in kind.

Note that this happens all the time for all areas of eBay- simply "do it again" and 95% of the time, it 'goes through'.

@mythriftin57
You do not show any SOLD items on this account. Is this message in eBay messages? Did you perhaps "accept an offer" a buyer made to you?

Thank you Mr. L
Your instructions was very helpful. I was able to cancel the order for non-payment. However, I did not receive the option to re-list the item or I have somehow overlooked it. I am determined to be successful at navigating the ebay selling processes.
Thank you,
