They want to verify you are who you say you are. Did they give you any indication how long it will take them to do this? While it sounds like the reason they limited you was a mistake, you will have to let the process run its course. I assume you brought the bank matter to their attention? When calling, be as emotionless and even in your responses as possible, as i'm sure you know. You can always ask to speak to a supervisor if you feel the conversation is not going smoothly. It was unfortunate you got disconnected. What happened during the other 4 calls? And what exactly did they do to your PayPal account when you say it is being limited?
