Hello everybody, I am new to ebay,been mostly selling on Facebook marketplace and decided to expand my business. I have posted items that sell fairly quickly usually on there and despite lots of views on my items on ebay sadly nothing had sold. I'm worried I'm doing something wrong with how I'm listing or pricing. Or maybe I'm not seeing buying but wouldn't I get notifications of people buying items I am also  going to recently sold and price comping lower or on par with recent but still nothing.  Any tips or help would be appreciated.

I don't know much about your items so I can't offer much advice on them but I think you can do better with your pictures, use a white background and find a better angle for your lighting to get rid of the shadowing.

Selling on eBay in my opinion buyers are expecting it to look more professional.

The dark backgrounds and shadows are a major distraction from the actual items.

I strongly suggest you go through these boards and read threads and comments and you will learn a lot to avoid some of the not so good experiences that can found here and make your time here productive and profitable.

As a new seller you will run into buyers that will try to trick you into going outside eBay policies and voiding any protections you have.

On the shoes, you have them for sale for 18, I see the same thing for sale for 14. You have yours to ship with priority mail. That's going to cost you a minimum 8 to mail, if they will fit in a flat rate padded envelope. If they are a pound or less in your own padded envelope and you plan to purchase shipping through ebay, why not mail them first class, cost would be less. You might include Black in the title.

On the Boxy Girls, you should include brand in the title. Some people might search as the brand. Also, on one of your Boxy Girls listings, you have Body Girls instead of Boxy Girls.

I looked at one of your listings, the Tech Deck Fingerboards ... here are some improvements I can see:

1. You have the MPN incorrect ... it should be 20120598
2. You do not have the UPC in your listing.
3. I can buy it cheaper on Walmart ($16.56) and Amazon ($19.31) ... eBay shoppers tend to be deal-seekers.  If I can buy it on Walmart or Amazon, why would I pay $21.61 to buy from a nobody like you?
4. You don't offer returns.  Solid research demonstrates that sales are diminished by 30% if you don't accept returns ... anyway, shoppers can always find something wrong with a product and get a free return through the Money Back Guarantee (you pay for it), so you are better off making them pay for the return by offering 30-day buyer paid returns.

That's weird I'm selling those shoes for $8 with flat rate shipping of $4 would there be a reason my ebay would be showing something different should I delete the listing and redo it

I'm selling it for $13 with free shipping I think something got crossed when I uploaded the listings I'm going to take them all down and redo them

Between eBay and Facebook you will get totally different buyers.  There are things I can sell on FB for tons of money that no one would buy here.
