New sellers are subject to limits. It is for your protection and the buyers. You need to accumulate some sales and positive transactions before ebay will increase your limits. You can ask for your limits to be increased every 30 days, however I cannot guarantee Ebays answer will be yes. Your prices are still a bit high. Others are selling theirs for much less. Stay competitive, work on your listings, use your social media buttons and network to the best of your ability. Good luck.
Happy New Year.

Not only your listings are restricted.
Should you sell your customer's payment will be Held for 30 days against customer satisfaction.
Have you registered for a Managed Payments account ? EBay needs your SIN and a checking account number to transfer your payments to your bank.
You may be asked for secondary information. I used my passport, DH used his driving license.
You can ask for fewer selling restrictions after 30 days.
The usual restrictions are on number and value. So you may be allowed to list only three items and /or a value of $100. That means one $100 item or three $33.33 items.
It's better to start with cheaper items because the learning curve is steep.

When you get permission to list more, think about some of the comments previously offered:

Interesting. When I checked all her listings when she posted a few days ago, the location for the items was Greece. Others found the same, based on their comments to the OP, similar to my own. Now the stuff is in California? Drop-shipped from who-knows-where, I fear.

100% OP is drop shipping you can tell by the item pictures and titles. I would advise them not to drop ship its a good way to get banned on ebay.

Don't drop ship items for a start as you will run into all kinds of problems. Sell your own items.

Hi, welcome!
As the others have said, new sellers have listing limits. They will be raised automatically the more you sell. First you must prove yourself to be an upstandimg seller. So be careful not to break any rules or policies while you are learning how to navigate the site.
I took a look at your listings and had a few thoughts, but i am short on time right now. Will come back later with some suggestions on how to improve sales.
But quickly—On your Kylie Jenner product, i recommend putting the name of the product in the title “KylieSkin” (or however it is spelled). Also nowhere in the listing do you state the size of the bottle. There are several sizes in Kylie Jenner’s line. So i cannot tell if your pricing is comparable to your competition.
There are multiple things that need tweaking in your listings. Wish you all the best!! (Will return later.)
