Thanks for the response. I think I just realized you pay this month for the previous month. That explains March Invoice.
NEW FEE was listed with a date of Feb 10 with the same invoice number as the one that was already paid. Only this time it was an additional $15.00(not $19) for Supplemental Service Fees. I don't know how I could send someone a bill for something that vague. Most people like to see where their money is going. Also, I had no activity on my account That day. I don't know how to pad shipping price, nor would I ; buyer chooses for self. Couldn't dig up the answer.
