Last year, January should have been a warning to me - right after the first of the year,
my mother fell fell and broke her hip
I ended up in the hospital, seriously ill
my service dog died
With that being the very start of the year, I should’ve known it was going to go downhill from there! So I’m going to be very cautiously dipping my toes in the lake labeled 2021.

You guys are our only connection to "Home Office" and while we all struggle at times with what is going on here, in the end we depend on you to voice our opinions to those who make the decisions ... one thing I would change in 2021 would be to have managers from the various "departments that handle that" be on the Weekly Chat so Sellers could talk directly to them. Its one thing if they read the Chats but its another if they are on the firing line, like you guys, responding to our concerns. My feeling is that they are too far removed from what is really happening with those of us on the front lines ...
In any event, many here wish you guys success in 2021 ...
@mr_lincoln you read my mind and I'm in agreement with you on having guests appear for our weekly chat. This is something we're working on and I'll post once we have our first guest lined up.
Is there a specific department you had in mind?

1. Shipping & Returns Department: this is the most urgent, late shipping is affecting both Buyers and Sellers. The situation WILL improve but there is no telling when. So I would put this as my Number 1 pick
2. Label Flow (Department?): Since they introduced the "new" label flow there have been ongoing issues from changing dimensions to dimensions being reversed to an obscure and cumbersome method to combine shipping to the absence or presence of the eBay banner to changing default page layout settings ... or can I just say its a mess for now LOL?!?
3. Managed Payments: Earlier this year there was a clear cut procedure from registration through activation. Now there isn't ... many Mentors need to know exactly what is going on, exactly what Sellers are seeing when they are put in MP ... some have posted on The Community and had no clue they were in a new program.
-Enhancements to the program and why do changes take SOOooooo long?
-The MP Board still did not function right the last time I was there ... it may as well be canned or simply turned in to a regular Q & A or Discussion Board
