sheila@ebay   Absolutely to ALL of you.  You guys are our only connection to "Home Office" and while we all struggle at times with what is going on here, in the end we depend on you to voice our opinions to those who make the decisions ... one thing I would change in 2021 would be to have managers from the various "departments that handle that" be on the Weekly Chat so Sellers could talk directly to them.  Its one thing if they read the Chats but its another if they are on the firing line, like you guys, responding to our concerns.  My feeling is that they are too far removed from what is really happening with those of us on the front lines ...

In any event, many here wish you guys success in 2021 ...

And I am thankful that the 10" of snow we got before Christmas has melted and is gone AND that all the precipitation since has been rain ... If it had all been snow we would be buried ... and more rain coming in later today ...
