Handling a case from a customer

Hello eBay Community,
One of my customers has messaged me after 3 weeks of delivering the item.
He told me that he used it 3 weeks daily without any problem.
And now he tells me that it is not working properly.
As all other customers use the item in a proper way without any issue, I think this is due to an error in usage.
I asked for more information about the issue after his message and he didn't give more information and replied angrily.
How should I react in this case?
Please help me.

What type of item is this?  What problem is he having with it?  What is the return policy on the listing?
