Handling Time Ebay Bug?

Does anyone know why a listing may say 3 hours remain for same day handling.... but my cut off time is 9am ? Did a policy change it and it's not reflecting on my dashboard? Because all of my times say 9am EST. Why does it say 2.5 hours+ remain for same day handling?

I looked at your item at 2am PT and it said "Ships today if paid within 19 hours.

That tells me your cutoff time is set to 9 PM PT (Midnight ET) , not 9am ET

I'm seeing the same thing for items with same-day handling.
