If you mean NFTs, I believe you have to be pre approved by eBay for that.

Has anyone been approved and successfully sold DC HRO individual cards?

This line on their policy keeps me thinking even if you are "approved", they will remove your auction since the card is both an NFT and physical card (if you are selling it as unredeemed):

• They may not be sold in combination with a physical item, and the returns policy must be No Returns Accepted

I’ve tried and have had (4) dc Hro cards removed for violation all the while watching others successfully list and sell the exact same cards I was trying to sell.

I get the same song and dance from eBay about they will remove the other listings when they get to them.

look I understand policy but you have to be fair and consistent about it. I have listed physical cards that have had the NFTs already redeemed and eBay still removed my listing.

the eBay apologists will continue to make excuses for them but it’s no surprise that eBay is declining considering their draconian and wildly inconsistent policies.

The others are approved to sell them or they haven't been caught yet. It's like the cops catching speeders. You're the one that got pulled over when everyone else was speeding, too. That's life.

Did you go through the process to be approved to sell NFTs before you listed them?

the process involves being the creator of the NFT.

i am obviously not the creator of an already licensed product that i purchased legally and now own the nft attached to the physical card. but regardless in the case of the DC HRO cards no one should be allowed to sell these based on ebay policy. and so my complaint is 100% valid. you cannot be arbitrary with your rules and policies, everyone should be entitled and subject to the same standards. so do not tell me "oh you are just complaining because you got caught". no i am complaining because i am being subjected to a certain standard while others are not. as i mentioned before i understand under ebay policy i am not allowed to sell these cards. but you absolutely should not restrict me whilst letting others sell the exact same items that i am trying to sell. and if you are okay with this i need to question your motivations.

That is simply not true. The requirements to be allowed to list NFTs doesn’t include being the creator.

We are not eBay and can't help you with your "double standard" problems. Give eBay a call and complain to them.

I am on my 2nd EBay Jail sentence. 3 days each where I cant sell because they are sticking with the few people who are afraid of scams. They sure liked the fees they made of my sales that I snuck thru. 2000 for a Batman Mythic in the beginning. 

They claim selling the cards unused violates the electronic delivery policy but it definitely does not... The qr code is on the card which is mailed to the customer. Pretty simple. People have been selling digital sports card for a long time, no issues. They are confused by the letters NFT, Well anything on a computer is Non Fungible because you cant touch and hold it.  No more video game sales lol

Anyone need the 2000 ch1   500 ch 2  or 60 events cards I am sitting on

The minions told me its like a cop who cant pull over everyone. It not however because programs are written to block everyone not some or one. If the minion was correct then my parental blocks on my kids accounts will only pull over 20% of the porn
