HOLD

Hello!

1 question. I see the picture with lock and up - HOLD and low - REALISED.

It was a dispute, which was finished in my favour.

Will they send me money after 1 month (all my money ON HOLD

and they send them slowly, after 30 days every payment) or they sent

my money after their mistake to the buyer?!

2 question. All my money ON HOLD. When the site unlocked them?!

Answer, please, who understands the sotuation.

Re: HOLD

You can read up on how holds work here: https://export.ebay.com/en/fees-and-payments/payments/payment-holds/

Generally, if a dispute is found in your favor, the funds will be released shortly after, once everything is finalized, and will be included in whatever your next payout is after that, which depends on your schedule for payouts.

Hold
€163.12 released for case ID 5355903258
Released
I cannot understand - this money sent to the buyer (it was a dispute,
which was finished in my favor) or this money on hold and I shall get them later?!
I cannot understand the meaning of the word Released
 Help me, if you know...

Re: HOLD

The hold has been released, so the money should be part of your next payout.

Re: HOLD

The OP is registered in Bulgaria, in case that might have some bearing on how held funds are released.
