Not sure how to do this because never had this issue.
Purchased an item that was shown never shipped. Ebay got involved and she never answered any messages.
Ebay ruled my favor and i got refunded. Now she shipped the item a week after case closed. I recieved and want but it won't let me refynd her back because it shows case closed. What do i need to do?

Technically, you do not have to do anything. The seller got themselves in trouble for not following the rules that eBay has for selling here. You can either:
- Keep the item without paying her
- Send it back at your expense
- If you would still like to pay the seller which is a very kind thing for you to do, you can log onto your PayPal account and send her the money back through at venue.
Just make sure that the item is in good condition before re-paying her because once you re-pay her, you will not be able to open another case on this matter.

Very possible that the seller is looking out for their feedback or just trying to do the right thing. Probably made an honest mistake or was out of stock. Let your conscience be your guide. Please consider the value of the item when deciding. Things go wrong for all of us at times.

Thank you soooo much. Because I've tried msging her and she still isn't replying. I've just never experienced this before and didn't want to get in trouble. Also i paid with my bank card.. Thank you for helping me😄

I do enjoy buying here myself and generally, like you, things go very well with most sellers.
As @upgradedendmills said, there are times when even us sellers do run into some trouble. The strange thing is that your seller has never responded to any of your correspondence...I find that a bit perplexing...🤔
