HELP: Adding additional tracking numbers ?

We have a large order which is in 6 large cartons.  Is there a way to add all the tracking numbers to the order....we ship UPS through Pirateship.

Find the order and click on the add tracking. Add the first tracking number and

their should be the option to add more tracking numbers before you hit save.
