There is no "list of VERO".

VERO is a system that allows any intellectual property owner to file a notice of claimed infringement. 

I am the VERO representative for a  couple music artists, but you will never see me or them on any list.

I would think the 2 items you have listed won't qualify as a vero violation.  However you are drop shipping, which is allowed, but your stock photos are the same as Amazon & if you are 3rd party drop shipping, which is not allowed, your time as a seller here will be a short one.  People will buy from Amazon because it's half the price you are asking.  Retail arbitrage is a big no no on most e commerce sites.  Be careful.

Yep and the arbitrage is an issue but more at issue are the out of stock conditions due to it, the "Scalping" if you will of a variety of consumer oriented products bought at retail and sold online.  That characteristic alone has resulted in some entities who'd likely not been very supportive of Shop Safe to say, "ok, works for us."

Its not the pickers, yard sale, thrifters that Shop Safe is ever concerned of, its counterfeit and retail arbitrage, those are the two BIG drivers make no mistake.

     They are also located in Bangladesh. One of the two items they have posted is shipping out of New York, obvious drop shipping. The second item hard to say but the shipping is a killer. Everybody thinks USPS is high.

IMO it is never 100% safe to list a major brand consumer product unless you are authorized to sell it and have purchased through authorized wholesale channels.

If you have not, you cannot properly respond to a complaint that your Reach Dental Floss is not "inauthentic" should a Vero complain be filed.
