Someone has used your photos for a different listing. 
The listing is by a seller located in France. It appears someone has hacked that account.

How is this being hacked?  And if you are getting hacked, you need to step up your security on your personal devices and your WiFi.  Ebay is not responsible for that.  

None of us here reports stuff for you.  We are just sellers like you.  You will need to report what you need to.  I'm not sure what the "huge scam" is, but I'm sure you can explain it to Ebay.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
