Pictures that you upload /save in the return request won’t show up after you save them. There is no option to respond like in writing not just approving and sending label to the request so it shows rebuttal to what buyer wrote.

I've never tried to upload pictures into a Return request, so I can't address that. (I didn't even know that was an option.)

And you are correct in that you simply approve the Return request which generates a return shipping label for the buyer.

As far as a 'rebuttal' in writing... it's not necessary in the request. Those comments are saved for an appeal, if needed.

Yes I want my comment to be visible for Ebay to shoe that buyer is a crook
