I had a buyer leave a bad negative feedback, It started with him ordering the wrong size and kind, then he opened all 5 items ( admits to this in his feedback). I offered a refund if he returned them. He refused to return (also admits this in his feedback). How can I get this negative feedback removed ? I have over 2200 positive feedbacks and this my first negative in over 7 years. Thanks for any information as what steps to take. I did report him, but that did nothing to remove the feedback.

It was 6 months ago, you can't remove it.

No it was about 30 days

About 30 days----- 30 days or less it would say feedback left 30 days. It was left after 30 days and before 6 mo. Either way it's too late to remove.
Why were you giving your buyer a hard time over defective items? You shou,d have provided a return label and given him no problem about returning them. Not even sure if cpap items are even allowed.

Your feedback is fine. There is no need to concern yourself, no need to spend time on it. If it were me, for a mere $16 sale I would have just refunded without asking for a return regardless of the stupidity of the buyer. It is just not worth the time.

besides; from the buyer standpoint they could have opened a return for 'not as described' and the seller would've paid for the shipping label.
As a seller, you could have/should have offered to just refund for $16 as paying $4 for a return shipping label vs. having a 'SNAD' on your record, not worth it.
Hopefully lesson learned; anything under $20; refund.
