Anyone else getting killed with insertion fees, I have a store & I am getting killed with these fees over the past few months, Never happened like this before, .10 per insertion but apply that to over 2,000 listings you can do the math, Why should I keep listing?

What store do you have?
Basic is 1,000 monthly + 1,000 in certain categories?
Maybe if it makes financial sense, time to upgrade?

Do you have more listed than you used to? It's all in the math.

That doesn't make sense.. The insertion fee of 10 cents is for Premium-level stores, which get 10,000 free insertions that can be used in virtually all categories (plus 50,000 in "select" categories, which includes Collectibles, where you have 970 listings). Are you sure that 10 cents isn't for something else, like a second category?

Can't you just increase your prices by 10 cents each?

No I have a Premium store & there are only a very few that have a second category

I have & have had a Premium store for years now!

No on average I have 2000-2500 listings

I could but the point is I should not be charged in the first place.

Look at your expired promotional offers for last month to see how many of your available listings you used.

Ok, have you contacted CS?
Or better contacted them on Facebook for business?
Doesn't sound correct to be charged but we cannot see what you see 😁

Dude you had 18 feedback last month - What's that actually? 50 sales maybe out of near 3000 items listed? - Ever get the feeling you are just wasting time here? - definitely wasting money, as I cant see any profit in your situation all things considered. But time? Time is your most valuable commodity - You CANT get that back.
I mean, what are your options here? To worsen the site by caving to their promoted listings shakedown? Use their "Recommended Rates" of 10% to 17% to the point where you are effectually giving them 30% to 40% of the items sale price RIGHT OFF THE TOP? Change is harder for some than others, but cheer up, there is a never-ending list of options for you once you take the first step - Been there done that - Best of luck to you -

If you have a Premium store, you should have a total of about 50K free listings per month. You state that your most is 2500. What's missing?
