Get trouble with listing

Every time I list a sports card, and I get this message: "Well, this is embarrassing. We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working right this second. Please try again later."

I have already tried to clean cookies & cache, and open on different browsers, but I still this error as listing. 

Is there anyone can solve this problem? Please show me. Thank you!

Oh that might be good news! The sports card category has been insanely messed up for the past few days, maybe they're finally working on it. I'm optimistic!
