You need to read and follow this:
Digitally delivered goods policy

That's probably against the Digital policy and the manufacturer of the games policy. You could be in danger of losing your selling privileges. Sorry.

I don't even know what it is but sounds illegal. If you don't own the product, how can you sell accounts to use the product?

Not, it is not allowed and it is not legal.
It is not allowed according to the digitally delivered goods policy. Items that can be or are delivered digitally (as you are doing) can only be listed in the "Classified Ad" format, and items in that format are not actually sold on eBay. It's just an advertisement, and you have to accept payment outside of eBay.

There is no seller protection for items like that. If your buyers have filed a dispute, then eBay will refund them and charge your for it.

In theory, you should get paid BEFORE you send the information on the account. All in all, it is probably illegal and against ebay policy.

Besides the Digitally Delivered Goods policy ... You are not allowed to sell accounts according to the User Agreements of the Game Companies 😞
Those accounts can be shut down at any point once the company figures out that the original license holder sold the account.
When you "buy" a game, you don't actually own it. You purchase a single user licenseto play the game.
Origin Games (EA):
http://tos.ea.com/legalapp/eula/US/en/ORIGIN
Section 1.a. You are expressly prohibited from sublicensing, renting, leasing or otherwise distributing the Application or rights to use the Application.
Steam (Valve)
https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/
Section 1C. You may therefore not sell or charge others for the right to use your Account, or otherwise transfer your Account, nor may you sell, charge others for the right to use, or transfer any Subscriptions other than if and as expressly permitted by this Agreement (including any Subscription Terms or Rules of Use) or as otherwise specifically permitted by Valve.
Uplay (Ubisoft) and Microsoft also disallow buying and selling of accounts.
