shipped 2 items thru GSP the same day back in August. One buyer messaged me this morning stating he received the wrong item. In his message he added pics of the label and it clearly shows that the wrong label was put on the package at the GSP hub. So the buyer whose name is on his package will also receive the wrong item. what to do? should I have buyer open a "received wrong item" or a "not as described" case?

What is GSP?

Take the issue up with the GSP center in the US you initially sent the item to. That is the party that sent your package to buyer and collected all the other fees (custom fees, shipping etc. etc.

You are needs to open an SNAD request (if they haven't already) and then you have to call customer service and they are supposed to close the request with no penalty to you and refund the buyer from the GSPs pocket.

I think you mean the buyers need to.
@selsa84, this is the correct advice. Have the buyers open Item Not As Described claims on eBay and eBay will sort it out. Just so you know, the GSP went away a while ago and is now called the eBay International Shipping program (most of us here call it eIS or EIS). Works better, you have limited if any liability for claims, eBay takes responsibility completely once it gets to their hub.

The GSP program no longer exists. You are using the EIS program according to your listings. Do as others advise and tell the buyer to open NAD request and the EIS program should automatically deal with this.
