The listing told you it would go via GSP. And why would you need a second tracking method?

So don't buy from sellers who use GSP. There are plenty out there who ship directly to Canada.

Just my 2 cents but GSP has been a godsend for me. It was always difficult to figure out the true shipping cost for foreign nations. Global Shipping makes this all much easier. Anyhow, I wish the USPS did not charge so much to send stuff overseas. It seems like our foreign competition gets better rates from their own postal services.

The other week I sold a old boat motor part and used the GSP and it was much cheaper than I could ship it myself. The box was 14 X 14 X 18 and weighed 30 pounds and the buyer was in Poland. GSP charges to the buyer including customs fees and shipping was only $67.41 and with my shipping charge to Kentucky it came to $83 total shipping both me and the buyer thought that was a bargain and it took only 10 day to get to the buyer. Without the GSP I would have never listed that item as worldwide shipping and the buyer would not be able to get the part he had been looking for years for.

And your item is exactly what GSP was made for. Heavier items that aren't terribly expensive. An old boat motor for parts going to Poland? Perfect!
