I'm going through a situation where I do not have access to my inventory. It has been a month and it appears that this situation is going to be going on 3 more months at least. I have been doing the time away every 30 days, but I'm still getting charged for the subscription. I have 19k listings so I really dont want to cancel the store or lose my listings? Any ideas?

There is no way to "freeze store subscription" (be have to cancel). Also be aware...if you enrolled with "annual store subscription rate" you will be charged a penalty for cancelling in the middle of the year.
Cancelling your store will not affect your listings in any way.

You have taken down all your listings, which is the first step.
They will stay in your Unsold List for 60-90 days.
You want to cancel your Store subscription because you will not be able to use it for three months or more.

Scroll down to Section 8 to see how much cancelling will cost you.
The real problem is going to be those listings in your Unsolds.
I would suggest you use any free time to put your photos into a desktop file and your descriptions (with coding if you use it) into another.
As your listings age out of the Unsolds this will keep most of the hard to redevelop part available.
I have never used them, but Drafts and even Archive might be useful too.
My point however is that you should not trust that eBay (or any venue) will still have your listings available when your stock is available.
