I have been selling on eBay for 14 years and have always been an eBay top seller and one of the firt sellers to be accepted into there concierge department. Sellers have been forced to go on free returns or loose there 10% off of eBay fees and top seller plus that is posted on every sale that I put up on eBay . I was not happy about this but was forced to do this. I am now selling with free shipping and free returns. The major problem that I have is that when you click on sellers selling the same items as I am and then you click on free returns mine does not come up. I am paying for free returns without being rewarded for it. My sales have been dropping in the last three months compared to last year. eBay tells me they are working on it but this is going on way to long. Does anyone else have this issue
