Free advice for eBay top

Probably these issues have been mentioned about every day, but I just wanted to briefly give my free advice to those in charge of eBay (I know it wont be of any use as its an hierarchical, bureaucratic, old school mess of an organization that seemingly doesnt care as the turnover is huge anyway). Every day I'm sill surprised such a big website can be such a mess. So, for a better future some radical changes:

- Completely redesign the front end and back end. Cut all the noise, all the **bleep** and act like its 2020, not 1996. Take an example of simply interfaced websites like Reverb or other modern, more transparent websites. Ebay now is a big mess of old and new interfaces crossing each other, lots off bugs and errors, lots of segmented parts that are hard to find, hard to use. Its a complete mess.

- Make one international eBay website. Now different countries have different websites and just vaguely use the same database somewhere in the back. What a mess. Make one big clear Ebay website and just create translations of the website instead of complete different versions. Just let users choose their currency that will be automatically translated to another currency if another user uses another one. Things will be a 1000 times more clear, user friendly and much more attractive because everyone can see all listings more clearly.

- Change your business model. Plenty of people and businesses moved away from eBay because of excessive fees on so many options. Clear up this mess, just get straight fees off sales and you still get stinking rich. Maybe some extra paid options for promos and commercial options, but be reasonable. You will attract so many more users if in the end you don't lose nearly 20 percent of the amount (listing fees, selling fees, nasty currency conversions and I dont know what).

- Part of the redesigning, but please clean up the shipping settings. Just make it simple, let users set shipping profiles that work, give options that actually work. Impossible now to let users buy multiple items and get a correct fee for combined shipping.

Unlike eBay, the fee on this advice is 0%!
