I am writing an ad and want to offer Free Shipping. I check the box. Try to list ad and am told to select a shipping service and enter weight of item. In Preview, ad shows to calculate shipping. How can I get my ad to read Free Shipping? Thank you for your help!

First you have to know how you're going to ship. Make sure any shipping costs are added in to your item cost, because shipping isn't free.

In the listing form:

Select how you're shipping, either calculated by weight and zone, or flat rate. For this example I'm using calculated First Class package. Check off the box that says "free shipping". This will show the shipping cost as free to the buyer. (of course, YOU are paying for the shipping).

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.
