Dear experts,
As a seller (other account) I'vegot a Negative feedback.
I want to contact eBay to appeal it asI think it is an unfair one.
My only questions are:
1. Do I have only 60 days to contact eBay?
2. If the answer is Yes, do you count the 60 from the Purchasing date OR from the day the buyer left the feedback?

You do not have any negative feedback. You cannot appeal negative feedback unless you get negative feedback.

don't ask on another account.
Yes, you have only a limited time to complain to eBay. I would guess thirty days, but I am not positive. Negative feedback is not the end of the world and the likelihood that eBay will agree with you may be slim. Buyers rule, sellers are liars and cheaters-according to eBay.

We really can't help unless we see what the negative says. Did it break any rules (bad language, extortion, etc)? Why do you think it is unfair?

Evidently OP is referring to FB on another account.

This page should help explain the process for appealing feedback. Make sure you expand the "Read our full policy" link, focusing on the "Manual review" section. I skimmed the policy and didn't see any reference to a time limit imposed for the appeal of feedback.
Seller performance and feedback policy
Good luck!
P.S. You may use any member id you'd like when asking general questions like this.

It's 30 days @wakayama_w. Beyond 30 days CS tells sellers they don't have the ability to remove FB.
Unfortunately I don't know whether it's 30 days from the transaction date or the date the FB was left. I would assume it's the date the FB was left because some international sales can include 4-8 weeks for shipping.

30 days from date of Feedback recd is my understanding as well.
E-Bay may remove the Feedback wording, but leave the Red donut.
Reach out to e-Bay CS on social media. They can tell you quickly if it qualifies. Reach out with the Selling ID, not posting ID.

There IS a time limit for the Automated Removal tool. I got a message when I tried on an old one. It didn't say 30 days from what though. My best guess is 30 days from the day it was left.
