I received the payment in PayPal but can not find the order on my eBay account
Order details are only available in PayPal

  Do I ship the product or what?

@bestdeals_vu  First, what exactly did you Sell?  If eBay REMOVED your item they did it for a reason and will refund the Buyer.  If the item is legal AND you have payment verification in PayPal then ship it.  Did you happen to check your eBay SOLD file and is that file set for the Current month, not Last month?  If its set for Last Month you will NOT see the item in your Sold file.

I do not have a problem with ebay special item, it shows well in the list
Sold today but do not appear in the account do not appear in place of goods sold
But in my PayPal account the details appear
In eBay, there is no trace of the sale

@bestdeals_vu  So are you confirming that your Sold file is set for Current month?  Are you in the new Seller Hub? If you soldit just today you actually don't have to ship until earliest Monday so you could wait a little to see if it shows up in your eBay account.

I"m not sure how someone can pay without winning, but the transaction in PayPal should say what item it is for.   If you cannot figure it out by Monday, I"d call PayPal.

Have you listed the item somewhere else also?  I used to get payments on Bonanza items that I'd forgotten I'd listed there...

The buyer canceled the sale but did not refund the amount
Now after confirming PayPal
  I saw that he recovered his money
Is this normal?

Aside from the obvious possibilities (two eBay accounts? ebay selling results page configured wrong? item removed by eBay?) this is a new one on me.

Is the item on this list of your solds? I have searched using recently sold when your my ebay page doesn't work correctly.

@bestdeals_vu  Actually no, that's not normal so maybe a setting needs to be changed.  In the case of Fixed Price listings make sure the box is checked for Immediate Payment required.  Auctions can NOT have that setting, so was this an Auction sale perhaps?

Anyway, my understanding is only the Seller can Cancel an order NOT the Buyer so the issue may have been with the Buyer's $$ ... of course it may also be a Buyer trying to get a less experienced Seller to ship an item before a payment clears.

I had the exact same thing happen last week.  It was on a BIN item with IPR.  Nothing on Ebay about the item being purchased: nothing in my solds and no messages or sold emails from Ebay.  In fact the item is still for sale and active on Ebay as if it wasn't purchased at all.  Yet my Papal account summary (and yes I physically checked the Paypal site) showed an entry for the item being purchased then another entry about 15 minutes later stated that the funds had been reversed back to the buyer.  I received no messages or emails from Paypal either.  The only reason I knew this took place was when looking at my Paypal summary when doing something else and there were the 2 entries.  I found it super weird because the item is still actively for sale on Ebay yet funds were trasferred in and out of my Paypal account for this item.

@modulok!  Are you by chance in Seller Hub AND, would these issues happen to coincide with about the time you entered Seller Hub?

Call e bay and / or pay pal, ususlly 1 call is all it takes. Either one is very helpful and explains exactly what to do.

This has happened to me too. Showed in PP then PP reversed the payment, and the item in question was still active on eBay.

The only explanation I got was that there was "an issue" with the buyer's payment (maybe flagged as stolen cc or something?)

Same thing happened to me - Paypal payment for an Ebay item, but no sign of the item sold in my Ebay pages. I called Paypal - the buyer tried (several times) to pay, but each time his card rejected the payment.
