On your active listings page, one of the dropdown options for each fixed price listing is to change it to an auction. You can end the fixed price listing and create the auction in one step.

If you just want to change 1 listing, click on the drop-down arrow (next to Edit) and select Change to auction. If you want to change multiple listings, click on the box (to the left of Edit) of every item you wish to change to auctions, then above the listings click on Actions and select Change to auction.

Yes. Didn't ebay school teach you these types of things? I just don't understand what is going on overseas.
End the fixed price listing and relist it as an auction. Be warned that there is no demand for an item if no one buys it at low prices so your starting price for an auction for a plastic trinket will not cover your shipping cost.

You would have to end the listing and it looks as your account is limited to 3 listings per month because you are new.
You would not be able to list again until February. I would just leave it as is. Buy it now is a better option for new sellers anyway. You may want to lower your prices. Those items are a dime a dozen and can be purchased for much less than what you are asking.
