I sold something for $12, and had to pay $8 for a shipping label? Now it says I only got $1.40 from the sale and the available funds are in the negative. Im very confused and don't understand what went wrong. Can someone help me?

He obviously offered free shipping without understanding the implications. That's how the math works out.

Please don't say you did not know shipping an item cost money. If you want to keep your $12 you would have listed your item for $22. That would have paid your shipping and your fees.
