Are Final value fees the same as Transaction fees?

Not really. The FVFs are assessed on the order's total... Item + s&h + sales tax (where applicable). The order's Transaction Fee is a constant $.30. Out of curiosity... you have lots of listings, but didn't know this?

Can you give some context?

 

Final Value Fees are A transaction fee but not the only one but I would guess that transaction fees relate to a specific sale unlike say Store Subscription fees which are not.

 

Without context it's difficult to be sure what you are asking.

The final value fee is a percent of the sale PLUS .30 per transaction, this is in the monthly invoice.

 

The 1099k has a transaction fee
