Final value charge

what happens when we cancel order but final value is charge? i really didn't sold my item. i and buyer agree about cancel of order. please help me

You will receive a credit on your Seller Invoice for the FVF.  You will see an entry for the original FVF charged and then a separate entry for the credit.

If there was a payment also involved with this cancellation, PP does not give refunds on their fees at all.  Even when you fully refund.
