Final Value 13.25%

Hello,

I sold a Centrifugal Pump that should of been in the category "Business and industrial, Heavy equipment".
From my understanding, this category should have a final value fee of 3% with a starter store subscription. I was charged 13.25% and I have no Idea how to dispute this or try to lower that fee. As we all know, Ebay doesn't make it easy to reach out to them and have a conversation about this. I am now turning to the community to guide me. Thanks!

I don't think you did.  
You were selling a centrifugal pump.  You chose the true/correct/appropriate category.  

Surely you don't want to lie, do you?

I do not think that using the heavy equipment cat for the lower fees is a good idea anyway, if you get very many listings that do not sell right away that $20 monthly fee for each relist would get pretty expensive .
